Okay kids... that was just a false start. My bad.
Here's the deal. The Z4 wasn't a go-to car for the track. Just not the right set of ingredients for the alchemy that is a hearty track career. Don't get me wrong that car was ABSOLUTELY freaking awesome. Just a blast.. super drivable, and very fun around town.
So I JUST sold it today to a very satisfied couple on their 30th Anniversary. That's a hell of a present for the little lady. =) It seems like it'll be treated well and be served to a long fruitful life. And so begins my quest to find the perfect track beast. I'm currently in the market either for a reasonably priced prepped spec 944 OR a nice price on a car that I can start from, but will run as-is without a bunch of tinkering.
