    The lift in 1 is unneccesary at the low speed I&#039;m entering.  I&#039;m braking too much for 2, and apexing too early.   There are places where it is clear that I lift pause brake... that can&#039;t be good.  5-6 transition seems sluggish, and I have to figure out the right line through 7-8... I can take 7 flat out, and brake hard in 8, or do a little in each.

    Gotta say I did the same thing you have done and no one can ever convince me that learning to turn your own wrenches on a cheap car is not the best way to learn.  The Spitfires are so simple as well but have all the bits of a more advanced car so when your ready to step up you know the basics.
